Integrated Senior Care Hospice was formed in May of 2014. The owners are all local Healthcare clinicians who saw a need to do hospice better and more cost effective than what the model has been. We have shown through our Mobil Physicians clinic in 8 months we have saved Medicare 1.4 million in costs by treating patients in their home and managing the patients care before they need to be hospitalized or re-hospitalized. A very caring, supportive and loving group of professionals. The love and gentle care the caregivers and nurses give while providing care for our residents as well as supporting our staff is the best.
They have a great staff and I love the fact that their doctor makes house calls. I appreciate all they have done and continue to do for Memory Matters, too!!
