Dr. Cole is so knowledgeable! I’ve been getting a hip shot every 3 months and I had so much hip pain and wasn’t due for another for a month. He worked on the hip muscles…trying to stretch them…and within 2 hours of leaving there….my hip pain was gone! He also gave me helpful tips on certain stretches that would help. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Cole and the great people at Integrated Physical Health have been helping me recover quickly from work and sports related injuries and aches and pains for years. Highly recommend them!
My hip has been irritated since I am walking further and exercising more. I had two hip replacements quite a while ago and my upper leg has been hurting. Dr. Cole helped me with some stretches and dry needling. I am feeling much better and look forward to my next appointment.
