Kid who helped install my IE downpipes was super impressed with the fit and finish.
Recently put their stage 1 tune into my Tiguan. What a blast. Who would’ve thought driving an suv could be so fun. Great customer service as well. My Tiguan has a rare ecu code and was not supported by the software, I gave them the information needed and within a day they had it added to the system! Would highly recommend IE and will be the only software tuning company I use for my future vws/audis!

Stopped by their shop for the first time today with my son. Talked shop, asked for some advice, got a tour of the shop, saw the many projects, some R&D, and was introduced to Egon the shop gaurd dog. I showed up 10min before they closed for the weekend. The fact that they gave us a tour, were willing to shoot the breeze with a stranger and a non customer was nice. Customer support was awesome. I have a 2012 mk6. Ordered a cold air and a stage 1 tune. Recieved it in a couple days. Install is clean. Sounds great. It's like a brand new car.
