Recommendedwhen i ran into issues with flashing my DSG on my 2012 CC, they were extremely helpful, as the TCU code was one they havent see before. but they had the software file to me in less then a day after the issue was found.

I highly recommend all their Tunes I've tried several but by far integrated engineering chains are the best.
I bought a set of adjustable top mounts for my VW MK7 GTI. Now the bearings are worn out (normal) and I asked them for specifications on the bearing. This is their answer: ”Unfortunately since it is a discontinued kit, I no longer have access to the files on which bearings we used with that kit.” I would say that you keep the files for future questions and lisbility issues. But not IE, if you bought something - thanks and goodbye. Extremely nonchalant - never ever again.
Their downpipe is next level. I got one for my car a few weeks ago and it’s amazing. Even the welds on it, you know care has been taken. Love their equipment.
