They make awesome quality products and best of all support them! Tyler is super helpful, even when people like me bother him all the time. Great company to have in the VW/Audi world.
What started as a great experience ended with a sour taste. 1 - 2 weeks turned into 3-4 and beyond. Contacted IE direct via PM for an update (no reply back) I had to call to get some sort of response. Same reply another week or so. I got an email a week later that there was a QC issue and it would take another week to fix and then another week to ship. finally got my product. Hi Sean, Firstly, sorry for the less than stellar experience. We certainly do our best to make sure our products are delivered in perfect condition. In this case we weren't comfortable with the powercoat finish so we sent them out to be redone. Hopefully you are happy with the finish quality at least. In terms of the hardware, we don't have an excuse for that but we will do better going forward. We were shipping a lot of these at one time so I imagine our warehouse guys were overwhelmed.
