Absolute upmost nicest place I have ever lived. Staff is amazing always on top of everything, they are so welcoming and attentive with anything needed trust me nothing goes unattended here. It’s quiet,nice, and lets not forget the beautiful view from ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY . If you are in the process of renting or simply finding your forever home this is THE PLACE TO BE❤️ Thank you Integra for everything!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🤘🏽

This is an amazing gated community to live in. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the last 5 months. The floorplans are great with large walk-in closets and plenty of storage. The office staff is superb, they are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance needs are taken care of quickly and the maintenance crew is very courteous and respectful. As a Community Director in Chattanooga... my daughter lived in one of the homes here. Sadly it was the building that needs repairs. Things happen with new construction. She needed to move as a result but didn’t want to. She loved the place minus interactions with one person in the office. That being said, that person is no longer working at the property.
