Wow, kudos to their cooks. This was my second time eating at Insula for breakfast. They have phenomenal brunch options. None of them have disappointed and it’s obvious they use fresh ingredients. Don’t miss out dining here next time you are in Ely, MN!

Great menu great service and awesome food... best hash browns ever and eggs Benedict were perfect... the Hawaiian burger was really really fantastic with the pulled pork Canadian bacon and fried pineapple was unique and tasty
