Kim did an amazing job with my haircut - it was exactly what I wanted. She took her time, even washed my hair and did a quick beard trim, all for a very reasonable $45. I was genuinely surprised at the value, especially when most barbers in Adelaide charge around $35 for a basic cut. Kim is such a lovely person and her customer service is exceptional. I’m definitely coming back for all my future haircuts. Highly recommend.!

I traveled to Adelaide from Melbourne and found this Hairsalon in the service apartment I stayed. Normally I don’t trust new hairdresser to do perm for my hair, but Olsen Is a nice person with a lot of patience to look after his customers. Thanks for the great job you did, my hair is getting better now~遇见就是缘分!

Perfect customer service, so kind and gracious. A thorough preparation before the dye, to make sure that no hair dye gets onto the skin, ear covers, a plastic shield on my forehead. Very impressed. The colour is excellent. Even though my stylist was juggling 3 customers at the same time, he took a lot of care and focus, especially when he was shampooing and conditioning my hair. A beautiful salon and the price for the quality of care your hair receives is great value. I will be back 🥰

Not recommended. Made a 1pm haircut appointment today and was left waiting for 25 minutes sitting on a couch. No customer service what so ever. Incredibly disappointing especially being local trying to support a new business in my area. I left without my haircut and will never go back again. To the owner, please get your act together, success of any business is all about customer service.
