I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ash and his staff. My daughter has a "needle phobia" and she was treated with respect and kindness. It was greatly appreciated.
I never write reviews but I couldn't miss an opportunity to complement amazing service. Dr. Ash took out all 4 of my impacted wisdom teeth and everything went very smoothly, the procedure took less than 30 mins. Although it was a little more expensive here than it would have been at another facility, Dr. Ash and the nurses/assistants were all so kind and made sure I was comfortable and made the cost totally worth it. Took my dear old dad for 2 extractions to Dr. Ash. They handle him with caring compassion and the procedure went perfectly. I've been a dental hygienist in Canton for 35 years, I've personally had extensive dental surgery by Dr. Ash and can't say enough,.. amazing skills. Dr. Sundheimer is also so loved by my patients. I think the Institute is absolutely top notch... thanks guys!
My son saw another physician first,,, quote was $ 2,000 of $5,000 but first gave me a misquote of a child with the same name and when I argued I don't have that insurance they told me AH YES YOU DO?,,,,, I'm a nurse I know insurance and all the in and outs ,, we've been doing this for 18 years! Excellent! Excellent! I had a nasty abscess and Dr. Ash was not messing around with that infection. Thought I was just going in for a consult but had surgery to remove it today because of how bad the infection was. Dr. Ash was so kind and gentle. His assistant was fantastic as well. Highly recommend this place. They will take care of you!
Had an appointment to get my wisdom teeth out. I go in and they ask for 2 grand payment. Never was informed prior to my appointment I needed a down payment let alone two thousand dollars. Even when they called two days ago to confirm my appointment they said nothing about this large downpayment. They said nothing they could do and sent me on my way. My husband had severe OSA since he was 5 years old. CPAP didn't work, mouthpieces didn't either. Dr Ash cured him. My husband sleeps like a baby now. We are so thankful for him and his amazing staff. They are all so caring and do an amazing job!!
