First and last time, i told the nail tech that the nail polish was too thick and clumpy and this is putting it nicely, she got upset said something In Vietnamese, then she said I redo go pick another polish and said something else in Vietnamese, just rude..smh.
I love this Salon , I have been using Janet for a few years now and have always had a great experience . She cuts and colors my hair exactly how I want it ! And it always looks great !
Went in yesterday to get mine and my daughter's haircut. I had a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair. While the haircut looks ok it is not what I wanted and 2 inches too short. I gave the guy cutting my hair a specific length. When I told him it was too short he just shrugged his shoulders and said ugh. My daughter was happy with her hair except she did not get the bangs she had requested. Why bother telling them what you want if they're just going to do whatever they want anyway. Won't be going back.
