They are one of a kind place to go! Will treat you like a princess you are! They can take care of you from your head down to your toes!! They even have a special throne for the little princess to be taken care of also!! They do it all with a smile!
Super annoying woman next to me on the phone the entire time, told me to buzz off when I asked her to get off her phone, all of the technicians saw, and nobody will do anything about it waste of time and money. What's the point of paying for an hour long deluxe pedicure when you have this loudmouth next to you the entire time?!
I went yesterday with my friend and got my feet n nails done. They did a amazing job doing my feet but wen it came to my nails they did a horrible job. For one these are my real names n he completely broke my nail then asked me over n over n over again to get the gel polish. If he didn't know how to do the dipping they should have been honest. Been here once before. Left satisfied. This time I got the same guy and was less than impressed. He cut way too much off in my opinion. I also feel they should at least make client notes and put them in the client file so they don't go through the whole, what do you do, how many kids do you have, etc EVERY TIME you go in. My mom had a great cut by Tao. It was exactly what she wanted. The front desk lady also left me just standing there waiting to pay for about 15 minutes. I wwnt in today for highloghts and haircut Joe did an amazing job on my highlights he knew what he was doing when I explained how I wanted it to go with the color of my skin and for Adiv he did an outstanding job cutting my hair Im in love with the work these two did definitely going back to them!!
I've been looking for a stylist for years and I must say I was very satisfied with Dawn. She was very helpful, gave me some tips to maintain my curls and keep my hair from getting more damaged. I will definitely be going back to see her.
Cerly is THE sweetest and most attentive person ever!!! I enjoy my visits here every time, and feel so at home! The salon has such an amazing vibe! Def recommend this place!!!
