The only hair salon I'll ever go to in Texas! Tho always does an exceptional job. He knows exactly what will look best on you & have you walking out of the salon feeling brand new. The salon itself is always kept up and the staff is very inviting. Good thing they are connected to a nail shop, because it was so convenient to walk right over to fix a nail that had just broke. Love this place!
It's all about the people, the integrity and how your treated! I always make an appointment with my girl Tina, and she ALWAYS makes time for me! I leave out of the salon feeling 100% and so energized! Thank you Instinctive Salon (and Tina) for turning out to be the BEST Spa/Salon for pedicures in Grand Prairie! ☆ 5 stars!☆
I went here because of all the good reviews this was back in August the place just appeared on my news feed so I decided to give it a review. I went here because I wanted to get my ombre blended with the rest of my hair I even showed the lady a picture of how I wanted it "did not come out nothing like it!" she just added some tiny little highlights on the top & my whole middle part was still dark. I had wanted to try this salon for months, and I'm glad I did. Cerly was amazing. I came in with a style and color I found on Pinterest. I was nervous at first because she had to cut 6 inches off. I chose to wait on the color until my box color fades. She advised me that the color I want will look great because of my skin tone. I can't wait to have that done. My hair is shorter but so much healthier. I will continue to have Cerly do my hair. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back.
