told me their prices price for a logic board for my LIFT MASTER GARAGE OPENER COST THEM MORE THAN THE PRICE THAT I COULD GET ONE FOR ON AMAZON..Should have been able to come up with a better answer for why they charged me twice as much...DISHONESTY AND IGNORANCE IS NOT THE BEST POLICY FOR THIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANY..
Excellent customer service, they were able to accommodate the needs on the same exact day I called, their window of arrival is reasonable. Their technician was able to replace the board while on site, didn’t have to make another trip, he was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this company. Please keep your service at this level!
I had a new garage door installed the other day. Was very pleased with Chip and his team. They were very professional and did a great job completing everything. Would definitely recommend getting a quote from them if you are in need of a new door, Harry in the office was also very pleasant and easy to deal with.
