The first time I went in to see Shannon, and get my hair done 7 months ago, I was absolutely amazed by the end results! Now today, after my appointment, I am beyond amazed at how awesome my hair looks! She took my very dark hair and made it the blonde that I wanted after a few sessions!! Was VERY unhappy as soon as the service was done, I made Shannon aware and she dismissed it. I contacted her three weeks later to let her know AGAIN I was unhappy, she would correct HER wrong if I paid $30 MORE dollars. The color was already $120 and my hair looked nothing like the picture. The picture was black and violet highlights she put a reddish brown with purple over it which made all my hair purple within a few weeks 90 percent of the purple is gone and my hair looks aweful!
