Well for one thing , she thinks way to BIG of herself and I will tell you why I say that about her, with out going in to a lot of detail. About six to eight weeks ago I had to cancel lab appointment with her because I was not feeling well at all, I was stung several times by wasps while gardening . I highly recommend Shannon, she is absolutely phenomenal! My hair pulls red tones when bleached or lightened. Shannon is very careful and strategic in getting me to the level of blonde that I want. She keeps the look I'm going for in mind while making sure not to compromise the health of my hair. She is also really great with my 3 girls!!! 10 Stars for Shannon!!! She's GREAT!
