I finally found “my” spa! Amanda is welcoming, down to earth and didn’t mind answering my MANY questions. The salt cave experience was just what I needed!!!! I will be back to try the Body Wrap, Reiki and well...everything!
Terrific place! Beautiful salt cave. Can’t wait to try the float tank and yoga classes. Massages from Amanda—just what I need to help to keep the headaches and neck stiffness away.

Amy gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. I arrived having had a very difficult situation going on in my life and was taking some time for self care. She was compassionate, kind and was there to serve ME and I really needed that on this particular day. Being a holistic wellness care giver myself I understand the importance of being present to people in a real and connected way. Amy provided that! And the salt cave before the massage......AMAZING! Everyone is chipper and friendly. The interior is gorgeous and the whole place has a very calming vibe. I can't wait to go back!
I’ve been going to Amanda for many years now and she is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever gone too. I stopped in with a few friends this week to check out the salt cave and it was amazing! Highly recommend checking it out along with everything else Inspire Health and Wellness has to offer!
