Love this place. I’ve gotten massages here, used the salt cave, and done a bunch of yoga classes and all have been amazing. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. One of my favorite places to do yoga because of the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Had an awesome experience at Inspire today. Had a 45 min salt cave session and took in the float tank experience. Both are items everyone should do and try. The float tank is a surreal experience of eliminating all the chaos and stimuli around you in your daily life. Fantastic stress eliminator! Staff member Jason was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend Inspire for your next personal, couple or group relaxation session!
