Amy gives amazing massages catering to your specific needs. My needs change every time and she takes the time before every appointment to make sure to work on the areas I need. And she does it just right every time.
I just spent the most relaxing afternoon here. Started with a long massage, followed by a float in the salt tank and then ended with a relaxing 45 minutes in the salt cave. I feel awesome going into the weekend and will be back!
I have been getting massages from Amanda for at least two years. I have loved working with her! Recently, she was able to schedule me on short notice with another therapist who was absolutely wonderful. This is a great place to get massages and more! I certainly recommend!

Great environment! I love the yin class Kelly Hildreth puts on! Super welcoming, and a breath of fresh air! If you work in a high tension atmosphere, need some mobility in your life, or if you’re an athlete I definitely suggest checking out the yin class!
Amazing staff! You are instantly relaxed the second you walk in.
All of the massage therapists are amazing at what they do!! Best of my life. The salt cave is the best relaxing and calming place after a massage(best nap ever)! And the float tank is crazy cool. I have yet to do yoga since I live so far away and am short on time, but can’t wait until I get that chance to try a heated flow!
I felt right at home here. Everyone was so inviting and awesome. The yoga class I did was exactly what I needed. Beautiful place and people!
