The salt cave was so relaxing and such a beautiful and peaceful space! I would've loved to have spent the whole day in there! Amanda and her team have created quite the oasis, I can't wait to go back!
I wanted to try yoga but thought I would check the place out first. Amanda the owner was there, and not only did she answer all my questions, but she showed me around so I could see the salt cave, float tank, etc. I have now tried the float tank, the salt cave, and yoga and have enjoyed all of them! I have struggled with a variety of back and tailbone issues for almost 10 years now. Most people don't even realize how much pain I am in on a daily basis. Sadly, it's become my normal. I love, love, love Amy Wasvick. I almost don't want to say that so she doesn't get any busier than she already is!! I went in with a horrible migraine and Amanda worked wonders in a half hour. And this place is absolutely beautiful, I can't wait to try the float tank.
What a beautiful space! With the world speeding up and life taking us in so many directions, our bodies and spirits long to slow down and be present. From the moment I stepped into Inspire Spa, I felt more centered. It has a special energy to it.
