If you want to get yolked and shredded then get Jason to train you. He is Polish and brutal.
The trainers are great. However, the whole inspire fitness is just a rip off! Too expensive and you’re limited to only two sessions a week. My card didn’t have enough credit and charged me more than 15 for that? I’m glad I did the shortest program but seriously I believe other gyms offer more value for your money
I love training with Inspire Fitness. The trainers at Norwood are excellent, they are encouraging while also pushing me to give my best. The group format offers outstanding value for money. The women I train with are friendly, supportive and fun. This is definitely the most enjoyable training experience I have had, it has really inspired me to get moving and re-build my fitness.
