First let me say I would recommend Inspire Dental to anyone. But today something happened and maybe you could improve this part of your office procedure. My son and I went to the dentist today. He is a special needs person and I am his legal guardian. This time when he and I checked out, I was given a paper of dental work that he needed. Usually the dentist or hygienist finds me and tells me what he needs done. Instead the receptionist just asked me to sign a paper of work to be done without any explanation.
