This company is a scam. They sit at grocery stores waiting for someone to stand there and let them tell their fake business story. They promise clean energy and lower bills. It’s a lie. It’s just another charge on your regular energy bill. A charge that is usually double what your bill already is. They know they’re scammers, that’s why they gave me back some of the money they essentially stole from me. They still owe me over $250. I’ve been talking to an attorney. Door to door salesman knocked on my door. The guy was extremely evasive on what he wanted and who he worked for. He tried to make me think that he worked for the state of Maryland and needed to see my pepco bill to make sure I was using clean energy. I told him multiple times that I did not want to switch companies and he said that he was just trying to do his job, and that I was a non-responder and he needed to see my energy bill. Deceptive marketing scheme. They send you a flyer for flat price unlimited energy but when you call they try to sell you fixed rate / kw plan. This plan is more expensive than Comed is offering. They don't explain to you that you don't qualify for the flat price unless you are smart enough to ask. This is extremely deceptive and they will lead you to believe that you are signing up for what they sent you in the mail.

I've had them for about three months so far and my bill has been literally cut in half. During the current situation going on in this world, it's nice to know for certain I am able to pay my electric bill. I'm still waiting on my giant eagle card however.....lol

Ok I couldn't leave a zero star so I put one star cause I get that is good for the environment. I couldn't file a complaint cause this site wouldn't accept my email address even though it is valid. Now this company Inspire the pitchman approached me in the Giant Eagle near me and asked if I cared about the environment and I do. So he told me that if I signed up that my electric bill would only be 50 bucks a month and that the first month is free. So I asked him cause the bill was not in my name I just pay it. Inspire takes over the supply portion of your bill, and you continue to pay your utility company for the delivery portion of your bill.
