Wow, wow, wow. Paul was amazing. He was on time, he was there at our inspection and had everything set before we got there. He explained things to my husband and I in a way that was very easy to understand. And with that being said, with the detail explanations that he provided made it so much easier to read the inspection report. We will happily use his services again and inform everyone that he is great at what he does, I would recommend him to anyone.

Paul, the inspector from Inspections Unlimited was excellent. He walked through the whole inspection with me explaining everything whether it was good or bad and gave good insight into what to look for in the near future. In this instance the home owner was home, but Paul did not let that deter him from discussing the goods and bads. I highly recommend this company.
