Paul was my inspector. He showed up an hour early to start combing over the outside of the grounds. He introduced himself and remained professional and gave honest insightful info to help me make an informed home buying decision. He provided me with with a 3 ringer sectioned binder with color pictures. He used red indicator arrows to point out areas of immediate, moderate and small concern and told me what I should make a future budget for. This is the second home I've had inspected by Paul at Inspections Unlimited. He provides a very comprehensive inspection report which has served as a great resource for setting up planned home maintenance for my investment properties. The report was issued the same day expediting the offer acceptance process.
Paul was really thorough. He had enough foresight to know that by the time our inspection was scheduled, the roof would likely be covered with snow, so he stopped by earlier in the day and did the roof inspection then. He gave us a lot of advice on how to take care of some of the problems that he saw, and why he thought they were problems.
Paul was very informative and thorough. He took the time to explain to us what he was checking for and advised us on what needs repaired. We received our report the same day! Would recommend him to anyone.

The inspection was performed complete and professional. I love the binder supplied by Paul Wancata. The binder is easy to read and well organized. Paul doesn't just inspect your home, he also teaches on the importance of maintenance.
