Very thorough and informative. I was there for the the whole inspectiona and he explained everything to me. I would highly recommend him.
Inspection was thorough and professional. Plenty of detail given verbally and in the written report. 4.5 on customer service and value for the money based on the final report being provided electronically but not printed out for me. This was not explained up front with the price quote. Not a deal breaker just not quite a 5 star rating.
Great guy. Explains every minute detail of inspection process. We found him very thorough. He saved us quite a bit by identifying some not so obvious things to be done in the house that we purchased. Would definitely recommend.
Paul was extremely helpful for me during my inspection. The inspection was thorough, and Paul explained everything to me in detail which was important to me as a first time home buyer. I was able to gain a sense of what needed to corrected immediately and what issues I would need to budget for repair or replacement in the future. I highly recommend using Inspections Unlimited!
