Would not recommend. Casey, the company owner, "inspected" my house prior to purchase. While he did catch a few small things, he missed some BIG ones. I'm stuck with thousands of dollars in repairs. Not only did Casey tell me that the issues weren't there when he "inspected" the property, but his idea of making things right is refunding my inspection fee. The inspector who came out to inspect our home before we purchased it and he passed the house not disclosing to us that there was water in the crawl space and that it was wet and that we should have a plumber come to check everything. 30 days into this house we went to have a dishwasher installed and out plumber went into the crawl space to start working and the line fell apart in his hands We now have to replumb our entire house and do a complete water service from the meter to the house The inspector admitted that he didnt... read more

I did a lot of research in looking for the most qualified and experienced home inspector since I am a first time home buyer and wary of finding myself in a money pit.
