Highly recommend. Steve was referred to me by my home inspector, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I was on a tight time schedule and Steve was out the day after I called him to set up his equipment. After the waiting period the report he provided was clear and easy to understand. Price was very reasonable as well!

Steve did an excellent job setting up my new home to be tested for radon. He explained everything that was being done and why it was being done. My results were emailed to me in a timely fashion. Will recommend steve to future home buyers for sure.

When I needed a radon test in my basement, Steve from Inspect It Chicago gave me a quick response on the same day and I got the test results in 2 days (the test takes 48 hours). I was very satisfied with their quick responsiveness, professionalism and work quality. I strongly recommend to let him help if you need a radon test result.

Steve Kostro was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I had to schedule a last-minute inspection, and Steve got back to me right away. His report Russia was thorough and easy to understand. I would absolutely recommend him.
