It was great working with Steve. We needed a radon level test in the house we were buying and Steve provided very prompt service, great communication and competitive price. Would recommend to family and friends without any reservations.
My condo was in the middle of closing when Radon levels were off the chart. I was in a pickle. I was able to schedule a Radon system install with no issue. Re-testing was the hard part. Steve came to the rescue. He was able to come out on short notice and re-test my levels. He went even further to accommodate my crazy schedule. Professional and courteous, I would recommend Steve for anyone that needs Radon testing.

I needed a radon test done in my parents' home that I was selling in Hoffman Estates. Steve set up his equipment, came back in 2 days, and gave me the results immediately. I would highly recommend Steve as he showed up on time, gave me the results I needed promptly, and was very professional.
Steve was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Following the installation of the radon mitigation system, Steve helped us with validation that the radon levels were appropriately mitigated. We were extremely happy with the radon mitigation process and have referred Steve to friends and family who are preparing to sell their homes as well.
