Following the installation of the radon mitigation system, Steve helped us with validation that the radon levels were appropriately mitigated. We were extremely happy with the radon mitigation process and have referred Steve to friends and family who are preparing to sell their homes as well.
Steve was great to work with! He was referred to us for a radon inspection. His service was timely and efficient. His reports were detailed enough for technical requirements but easy to understand for people like myself without much/any radon knowledge. We weren't the ones mitigating the radon. If we had been, we would have used him for that as well. Highly recommend!

We used Inspect IT Chicago for our home radon inspection and had a great experience with them. Steve was great to work with! He answered all of our questions and sent us the results very quickly. We will use Inspect It Chicago again and would highly recommend him to others!
I researched companies online to test for radon, before selling my home. Steve's was the most informative and educational. He scheduled very quickly, showed up on time, and was very professional throughout. He also continued to educate regarding the testing, and the prevalence in the area. After I had the house mitigated, Steve set up the retesting. It was a pleasure working with him!

Steve was very quick on my last minute radon test . He did great and very efficient
Steve conducted a radon test for our home we purchased as well as the home we were selling. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Once the test was completed he had our results back quickly. We were very pleased and highly recommend Inspect It Chicago to anyone needing to conduct a radon test!
