In 2012 I and many other building owners had an annual boiler inspection performed by City Spec before changing their name to Insparisk. They never filed the inspection in 2012 and in 2014 I and many others received a notice from NYC DOB for a $1000 2012 Boiler Violation. For 6 years they had done nothing to take care of the violation that was attached to my property.
