I too received a fake invoice making it look like I had a past due invoice for a boiler inspection. I almost sent it to accounting to pay too. Their hoping someone will pay them by accident.
Complete scam business they send out fake invoices,they have been getting away with it for years, really unethical they call and implying that they are from insurance *** really slimmy character

I tried speaking with the customer to explain how our practices are legit and not a scam. We do not imply that we are insurance inspectors, nor do we imply that the client has to use our services. We provide a service that is valued by many of our customers especially as the compliance due dates approach. We help clients avoid thousands of dollars in *** issues fines while performing quality safety inspections.
Our company has not contracted inspection services from this company but yet they continue to send inspectors to the locations and submitting invoices even though we have repeatedly informed that we are not using them. We have no written agreement/contract in place for their services. They are employing predatory practices in the hopes someone will pay them by accident.
I recently worked with Shereen, she is extremely efficient and delivered outstanding customer service. She helped out with a boiler jam and not everything is up to date. I will be using this company again for my boiler inspections and will recommend them highly.

Complete scam artists! Received a bill in the mail for a $250 boiler inspection at one of our properties , the invoice was marked “payment past due” and I have never heard of these people! When I called, I told them they were never at my property and I do not know who they are, to which the woman on the phone responded...” just disregard that invoice!” I wonder how many people fall for this scam, they should be put out of business with such unethical business tactics!
