Shereen is extremely efficient and delivered outstanding customer service when we were in need of a couple of boiler inspections done as quickly as possible. She's a credit to the company.
SHERRI IS A LIFE SAVER. I contacted her after getting letters from the office saying that I needed boiler inspections for ALL my buildings. She was very prompt with answering all my questions. Always picked up my calls/ emails. She was able to schedule all my boiler inspections all in one day & even the inspector was kind and straight to the point..
Vincent, Melissa and her team has been able to help me with various properties I manage across the US and there customer service is excellent. Regardless if its a violation or an inspection needed for a boiler or backflow device they are there and ready to help me at all times. Very grateful to have work with them and want to continue working with them.
Because of the new boiler inspection regulations I had a problem and a penalty , but tanks to Melissa Calvin and Vincent the problem was fixed.ty
Great service! Sherri is the one to contact with all your needs. Very helpful, thank you!
Shereen was outstanding to work with. Would highly recommend.
These people just showed up to a building I own. The commercial tenants let them in to inspect the boiler. I received a bill for $250 and a letter stating my boiler did not pass inspection. I have been using the same company for years and never heard of this company. When I called to ask under who's authority did they go to my building to inspect the boiler there, I was told that they had a technician in the area and that I could just disregard the bill. This is outrageous and something needs to be done about their unethical... read more
Business response:
It is unfortunate that you had this experience with our company. I would like to say that the software the technicians were using had old information that was outdated, and due to a computer error the address was billed and mailed out. We are working to correct the errors and would like to apologize for the disturbance.
Do not trust this company! I hired them to do my 2016 boiler inspections, they complete the inspections and sent me copies of the forms they were filing with the DOB. Earlier this year I received violations for not filing those inspections and reached out to see what happened. They admitted to mistakenly not filing the inspections, however refused to pay the $2000 in violations and would only offer credit for future service. Complete fraud.
Insparisk said they inspected my boiler on Jan 15, 2018 and sent me an invoice for $250. ($220 for the boiler inspection report fee and $30 for the boiler inspection report processing fee.) I never commissioned them to do this. Nobody let them in the building as far as I know. I called them regarding the collection notice that was sent on 8/13/18 questioning their business practices. They were quick to say they would remove it from their files. I'm wondering how many other building owners have paid these invoices.
Insparisk has a 4 star rating with 71 reviews.
