The sheets at Factoria seem a little softer and I like them better. Veronica is an awesome massage therapist!!

I am a frequent customer since I work in the mall and have been referred by friends. The front desk staff always gets me settled in and are always warm and welcoming.

Lovin' the Spa – This spa (now in a temp location) looks so fresh and inviting compared to the old one. Monir always does my nails and after a long day of phone calls and emails and kids, she makes me feel cared for. At first the no-tipping thing was odd, but Monir just says her tip is me coming back. Gotta love that!

Avoid Pedicures – Some of their nail technicians are not professional. I would not recommend pedicures there. Overpriced and leave you with the feeling nothing has been done to your feet but nail polish change. No tipping policy is great though.

This pleasant, frill-free spa provides the basics for low prices--with a no tipping policy. – In Short The atmosphere lacks the sometimes snobbish attitude at more sophisticated spas--which is nice. Bottles and jars of InSpa products for man, woman and child fill the shelves in the light-filled foyer. The spa offers massage, facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures. If you want a pedicure, book far in advance, especially in the summer.

I go there for everything – I have been religously going there for most spa treatments. I have one lady i absolutley love she has been waxing my face and gives incredible facials for the last 3 years. Even the massages are great! I don't recommend the pedicures, they are over priced and are nothing special. I would rather pay half as much for sometimes a better job.

Great day spa experience! – I've been to the Mill Creek and Bellevue stores and highly recommend In Spa. Consistent service, the best value that I've found in Seattle, comfortable atmosphere, and no intimidation. Best of all, there are no hidden costs. What you see on the menu board is what you pay - no tipping allowed!!
