Natalie always does an excellent job! I have always chosen her. Love her gentle hands during the session. I've never thought that I would like this lady.
Melissa is my new go-to, she is amazing, down-to-Earth and very easy to talk to. She did amazing with both waxes and made sure I was happy with everything she was doing by showing me where she was going to wax my eyebrows and making sure I was okay with it, which I absolutely was!

I started going to Inspa because I liked the no tipping policy. It was good to know the staff was paid a fair wage for work. I would rather pay more and not tip. Now you are like every other place in town and I will consider paying less and tipping more. I hope you return to non tipping even if you raise your prices. More dignified!
It was great my daughter and I got mani-pedi's and our technicians were very skilled and made what had been a very stressful day end really well.
