I'm a current resident at Insignia on M and have been since February 2023. The amenities, location and concierge and maintenance staff are excellent, however I cannot say the same about management. I was hesitant to move in to the complex since it's managed by Bozzuto but ended up signing a lease anyways. Since the day I moved in, there has been a foul stench.
