Initial Review (1 star): Unreliable scheduling and poor communication. The first session was confirmed for one time on the phone, and rescheduled day-of via text. When I arrived for what would’ve been my third session (after having discussed a recurring appointment every 2 weeks going forward), the therapist was seeing another patient. Clear double booking. Im giving only one star, because I started trying to call the contact number to get in touch with this counseling center at 9am this morning, leaving two different messages. I have called several times (at least 10), with no answer at all (except voicemail) and no call back, and it is almost 1pm. (And I understand some companies return calls later) I also sent two different message requests online, AND an email, that I have yet to receive a response for.
