He went above and beyond during the inspection, even accessing dirty crawl spaces and places we never thought to look. He was very professional and took the time to address our questions and concerns. It was clear he has a passion for what he does and a wonderful knowledge base on home construction. These guys are the best! Our new home was giving one headache after another and it seemed like everyone wanted to pass the buck instead of just help us! Joe and Dave were thorough, answered as many questions as I could ask, and helped us budget out which projects needed addressed immediately vs ones we could plan for in the future.
