Their inspection failed to identify the following problems:1. A significant smell during the running of the two furnaces was deemed to be normal, and the furnaces were reported to be functioning well. Fast friendly and honestly informative service. The inspection of our home was incredible and we regularly refer to it because there was so much detailed information about our new home. We’ve worked with insight for multiple home purchases and highly recommend them!
We had some mold issues in our basement that one company recommended total remediation at $10k+. I knew I likely had some additional issues so I called my HVAC company who recommended Insight Property. Dave came out and was fantastic, very honest and treated me like this was his home. He recommended several things to do, provided me a full report and said he'd come back after all the work was completed to do a second inspection. His suggestions seemed much more logical in helping our situation than the guy who spent my life ... read more

Insight did a superb job with with our home inspection. Tom was friendly, professional and extremely thorough. The communication was fantastic; he was able to answer all of my questions and provided explanations for everything. Great company and service. Trying to close quick on a house. Made time to get us in within our inspection window. My sister offered me her inspection company's name because they were so good. I decided to stick with my agents contact who made the appointment. My sister came with me to the inspection and saw Joe and laughed because he was the guy she was trying to get me use. Tom Janczak and Joe Konopacki have provided two inspections for us. One pre-sale inspection and one pre-purchase inspection. They both did a fantastic job. They are very knowledgable and experts in their field. The work was done promptly, professionally and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them to others and will use them again if I need their services.
We had Insight out for an interim inspection. We just wanted an objective list as we have started a handyman list and want to get things done all at one. They offered us a pre-sale inspection plan. We paid by the hour and we sat with the inspectors at the end to go over photos and so I could take notes. This was perfect for our needs and made it more cost effective.
