Fast friendly and honestly informative service. The inspection of our home was incredible and we regularly refer to it because there was so much detailed information about our new home. We’ve worked with insight for multiple home purchases and highly recommend them!
We had some mold issues in our basement that one company recommended total remediation at $10k+. I knew I likely had some additional issues so I called my HVAC company who recommended Insight Property. Dave came out and was fantastic, very honest and treated me like this was his home. He recommended several things to do, provided me a full report and said he'd come back after all the work was completed to do a second inspection. Tom Janczak and Joe Konopacki have provided two inspections for us. One pre-sale inspection and one pre-purchase inspection. They both did a fantastic job. They are very knowledgable and experts in their field. The work was done promptly, professionally and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them to others and will use them again if I need their services.
We had Insight out for an interim inspection. We just wanted an objective list as we have started a handyman list and want to get things done all at one. They offered us a pre-sale inspection plan. We paid by the hour and we sat with the inspectors at the end to go over photos and so I could take notes. This was perfect for our needs and made it more cost effective. Joe Konopacki has a gift to teach and inspire! I did not know much about the process as a new home buyer and he used analogies and humor to educate me on the finer points of my new home. He took his time and found parts of the home that I don’t know if the seller knew was there! The patience and time he took to explain various concepts was worth every penny! Joe and Dave provided excellent recommendations for improving the efficiency of our house. They were able to figure out why a pipe was freezing. Also Dave helped us to determine the root cause of condensation and that prevented us from replacing the roof at no extra cost. They are coming back to do the follow up energy audit that was part of the audit we purchased. Excellent customer service and highly knowledgeable
