The staff are very professional but also put me at ease. This MRI was a bit different than in the past. This time they had to insert some contrast before scanning the shoulder. The tech did a great job of telling me exactly what to expect (clean the shoulder, numb it a bit on top then deeper, then insert the fluid). Because of the positioning of my arm/shoulder I did have some discomfort but that was no fault of theirs. It is why I was having the MRI. Overall the experience was as pleasant as one could expect.
Great facility with great people! So accomodating and friendly.
My experience with this imaging center on December 30th was excellent. I have had to deal with a lot of medical facilities and this was by far on the best end of my experiences. I would not have gotten my xray done this week without this facility. I highly recommend them. best of luck.

Arrived 20 min early...they still got me right back...in and out in about 20 minutes. Staff is super friendly.
