This is the most incompetent, uninformed, unethical and misleading practice I’ve been at for 4 years. Just last year I was discharged as a patient and informed that I was told during an appointment - that was a lie and violated proper discharge protocols in accordance with the state (I do auditing for mental and substance use programs). I used to have a great Dr. at Insight but he left the practice. Since then it has been awful. Although the office staff is proficient. After years on anti-depressants I was no longer depressed and wanted to get off of them so I arranged a taper with Dr. Rose. Who told me the med they had me on was 'the easiest' anti-depressant to get off of. I followed the Dr.'s directions. Ended up in a horrendous detox both physically and mentally.
