First of all, the psychiatrists I've had at Insight Choices have been great, its just unfortunate that they work at Insight Choices and the only way to get to them is through their absolutely appalling office staff. Not only are the office staff rude, but they are completely incompetent and management is the same. To echo other reviews, prescription refills are definitely held hostage for appointment scheduling/payments and worst of all they usually don't have appointments for several weeks.
