Jennice Hayes did a great job in helping me close on my first home. Once she got an idea of what I wanted she was able to show me 4 houses I really liked and I wound up getting my first home. Sherry Morton helped me find my current rental property. I was looking for a home plus. Sherry new the markets current price structure and was able to predict the dollar amount I should pre-qualify for. We than started our hunt. Sherry Morton helped me to prepare and file a Quit Claim Deed for transferring a piece of property located in Michigan. She prepared the paperwork and gave me detailed instructions on how to get if filed with the county/state. The work was done for a very competitive fee and completed quickly. Sherry Morton has the knowledge and expertise in which can answer all my questions above and beyond. she is honest and responsible person, i had work with her 5 years ago when i bought my two houses and everything was done deal to my satisfaction. Again now i'm back to working with her on selling my house and she goes beyond the hours to help you in whichever you need. i would recommend Sherry Morton to anyone out there who need to buy or sell your house or any questions that you may have.
