Second time using Yasmeen for my real estate needs. My husband and I were looking for a house to flip and Yasmeen found us the perfect one. We didn't need to look far when it was time for our son to purchase his first house. We have used Yasmeen several times in the past and each time, had a wonderful experience. I was a first time homebuyer and Yasmeen was my “best friend” thru the whole process. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions. Jennice was very pleasant, professional and patient, as things progressed faster than expected making it a bit stressful at times. (In a good way, of course.) The lines of communication was always open, and she kept us in the loop every step of the way. She was able to offer additional referrals when needed for other services, and answer any concerns in a timely manner.

Jennice Hayes was very polite, patient and professional, as this was a very stressful process for us. The condo listed and sold quickly. Her response time was prompt and communication was always open and clear. She was resourceful and was able to make suggestions when asked to.

Jennice was a delight to work with. I really felt like we were a team. I'm very indecisive; there were times I would tell her to make an offer, just to change my mind a few hours later. She was never annoyed, upset, or bothered by me. She often gave me wise council and was great with interpreting my house needs (I often had a hard time putting into words what I wanted). I'd definitely work with Jennice in the future and I highly recommend her. She is great!
