RecommendedPeople there are very helpful and willing to help. I was there first time with my newborn and I was lost where to go for the appointment. Front desk or customer service desk called someone for us to get to the appointment on time with shortcut getting there since I parked my car on the green garage.
RecommendedI had a surgical procedure that was supposed to be an outpatient surgery but I ended up needing to spend the night. My care from start to finish was superb. The nursing staff in PACU a and on the patient floor after my transfer were very attentive and patient. My needs were met very quickly throughout. I’ve worked in hospital setting and have had a number of surgeries in my lifetime, but the experience I had here was the best I’ve ever encountered. I highly recommend this facility to anyone. Thank our INOVA Fair Oaks!
