I was recommended to come here for a mental health screening. So I did. I was told I needed to be in the inpatient program. So I did. THEY PUT ME IN THE WRONG WARD AND I AM TRAUMATIZED!!! I was sent there for depression and I ended up being sent to the acute ward! People were screaming all hours of the night! My bf came to visit and a patient held a fake gun to his back! I kept being touched! I’ll never come back to this hospital. I left feeling worse! Not to mention, the Nurses didn’t believe me that I didn’t belong there! ... read more

The Blue Lobby Operating Room Volunteer at the information desk (lady with long white hair) is awesome! We loved her sense of humor and she made me and my family feel right at home. I feel ashamed that I didn't get her name, but she was as sweet as she could be. She was very helpful and her smile was very welcoming. She's a keeper and deserves an award. She made my trip from Delaware worth the visit. Oh and the surgeon Macasey (?) wasn't half bad either. Lol! Well Done INOVA!

RecommendedI don't want anyone to be hospitalize, but if you go there is the best place to be . most of the time they are good with you and they take of you very well and I am appreciative of all those hard working people.
