Called to ask about ER wait due to our needs weren't life threatening but needed to be seen quick due to the amount of pain being experienced. we were told there wasn't a wait but we get there 2 minutes later only to be told it was a long wait due to lots of trauma patients. Why tell us there wasn't a wait? poor customer service.
They mess up billing constantly. I have been on the hook for hundreds of dollars because they used a provider not on my insurance. I have received letters from their collections without ever having received a bill from them. I have set up payment plans only to have them cancelled after a few payments with no explanation or notice, and then they deny it was evef set up, while I am starting at papers I just downloaded from their site showing I did.

RecommendedFirst visit today, only waited about 5 minutes, new Dr spent over an hour with me, answering all my questions, and gave to paperwork for upcoming tests. Felt safe, sanitizer everywhere even wiping pens down!
