This is ridiculous. So if people are stacked in the ER hallway because of COVID why are you letting visitors back. Zero patient privacy. If this was a mass casualty incident but for day to day operation it’s sad

After spending over half an hour talking to someone who identified themselves as a nurse, I was transferred to my cardiologists office to pick up my search. The search had been for a referral to a correct neurologist for my husband who is experiencing neurological symptoms and needs to be evaluated. My cardiologist’s office quickly realized that I should not have been transferred there, and she is now trying to help me by hunting down who I can actually talk to.
