My mother and My daughter both had to have testing yesterday at the yellow enterance. My mother was scheduled at 8,9,10 and my daughter at 9. We arrived at 7:30am as requested. My mother put her name on the sign in sheet as I put my daughters. I figured if I check my daughter in early then I can go and get coffee and get her breakfast and come back before her scan. There is s reason this hospital has bad reviews. Now I know why. My mother wen in a week ago for a biopsy. She was told that the results would be back in a week (on the paperwork they crossed out 24-48 hours and wrote in one week). Not only is it ridiculous to wait ONE week for results, the fact that the Dr has not called her back and the CEO (Mr. Pina) has not returned repeated calls is disgusting!!!! And they call themselves a healthcare facility. Clearly they are not and their number one concern is not the patient but the... read more
