The care my sister-in-law receive was exceptional. Every employee always greeted us with a smile and very helpful. To me their smile ment a lot especially since our travel time was no less than one hour and forty five minutes one way. I gain an appreciation for physical, occupational and speech therapy. Thank you all who served us on the 6th and 5th floor.
Checked in at 10:49am today for an 11:30am mammo and am already back in my car, done with everything, at 11:11am. Thank you, Inova Mount Vernon!

No complaints whatsoever. Everyone was friendly, professional, and responsive. Facility was attractive, clean, and comfortable.
This was the best hospital my husband and I have ever been to. Other hospitals should take note! From the orderlies and kitchen staff to the nurses and doctors; every one of them had a smile on their face and something nice to say. Each staff member we met went above and beyond and that makes a huge difference when you're facing a medical issue.
The nurse staff is amazing. Abigail, Henok and Maxine took great care of me on my visit to the location. The nurse techs were also very helpful. My doctor was amazing and I have had him once before and I am actually gonna make him my primary care doctor. Thank You to all the staff who made my stay comfortable and pleasant.

Everything is Great service, especially the Nurse, Bella, and the assistant. only problem is the Food, nutrition food lost orders, did did not come in.it did but 2 hours late.on a Saturday, 9-17-2016.
