Team did a awesome job taking care of my wife. She had hip replacement surgery. Same day after her surgery had her walking my wife was smiling. Thank you Jesus !!

It's better than INOVA Arlingtons offices. Good customer service except when ordering food for patient, they acted as if it were their personal commissary. The nurses were exemplary, especially Chris! I say ok, because I've been in the system for over twenty years, and have had some gruesome experiences with INOVA on the whole.
After being an employee for INOVA for 20 years, I was very disappointed to see how poor the care and customer service have become. I was proud of INOVA when I worked there. Now I'll take the extra time to go to UVA
