I was with my daughter at the ER to have her checked out. We got a very sweet nurse, her name was Vada. She instantly connected with my daughter and made her feel comfortable and safe. She explained every procedure that she did and made sure that my daughter understands it. She even made her smile (which rarely happens bec of depression). From checking in to checking out of the ER, we were constantly being checked on. My daughter was very happy when the nurse gave her a teddy bear, she loves stuffed animals.
